EKOLOGIN

EKOLOGIN is a multi-systemic project focused on addressing the challenges of last mile distribution. 

The project seeks to promote a culture of responsible consumption and the reduction of the environmental impact of last-mile distribution, with special attention to vulnerable groups such as the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

One of the main objectives is to promote local and sustainable trade in rural areas of Gipuzkoa through different initiatives such as the promotion of a marketplace that integrates small producers and local businesses, offering a delivery service using sustainable resources. 

In addition, awareness-raising campaigns and a pilot project are planned to assess the feasibility of innovative home delivery service solutions for vulnerable groups through sustainable distribution solutions, collaborating with key players in the food, logistics and pharmaceutical sectors to generate a sustainable and efficient model that responds to the specific needs of the population in areas of low population density.
