This is an industrial research that allows the creation of a collaborative platform called "MUELLE DIGITAL" that aims to simplify through digitalisation some different documentary and operational processes in the export process; and additionally to create a scorecard that allows a sectorial vision of air cargo at local and market level; a scorecard that is useful for the planning of production processes and strategic and commercial decision making.
