TWINVERSE

What do cities need from digital tools? Tell us.

Could better information help your city plan for heatwaves or floods? Would a clearer picture of transport or energy use help your team make decisions? Or are there challenges that today’s tools simply don’t address?

We want to hear from the people doing the work.

TWINVERSE is inviting professionals who work in or with local authorities to take a short, anonymous survey about the challenges they face in planning and managing cities. You do not need to be an expert in AI or Digital Twins to take part. We want to understand your needs first, so digital tools can be shaped around them.

The survey asks about your team’s resources and skills, the decisions you make, local plans and priorities, and how you involve residents.

Your answers will help produce a public report on what cities need from digital tools. The findings will also inform TWINVERSE’s work with Milan, Cork, Lappeenranta, Vitoria-Gasteiz and Kalamata.

The survey takes about 15 minutes and closes on 16 October 2026.
